Our lead trainer, Catrina Frison, brings over 35 years of experience as a singer, actor, model, producer, and coach—including leading curriculum at Banner Media Group—training performers with faith-aligned excellence. An Atlanta-based casting director and owner of a record label, she has traveled internationally to mentor creatives and is the author of Entertaining the Godly Life.

Earlene Camielle is an award-winning TV show host, producer and casting director, based in the Bahamas, with 8 plus years of experience leading media projects and representing Bahamian talent, including serving as a casting associate at BET Experience 2024. As a Media Executive and lead at JourneyTV Media and Casting Call Bahamas, she combines creative storytelling with professional development to empower and create platforms for emerging creatives globally.
